MAKES: 3 servings

1½ cups whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 ounces high-quality white chocolate (chopped)
1 teaspoon brandy
1½ cups very strong coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
Cocoa powder to taste
